Contracts can be drawn as CREWED or BAREBOAT CHARTER AGREEMENT. Crewed yachts have +2 crew members and a hotel-type services are provided aboard, from standard to 5 stars. The captain is the person in charge of the yacht. Clients who undersign a bareboat charter agreement can run the yacht by themself as long as they have the proper qualification or experience. In this case individual clients are in charge of the yacht. It is possible to hire a skipper but the charterer is still accountable for the yacht.
